LAZ Parking specializes in the management, leasing, ownership and development of parking facilities. We currently operate in twenty one states; California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia and Washington DC, with our home office in Hartford, Connecticut.

LAZ is an established, dynamic company which concentrates very carefully on providing the highest quality of service to parkers and clients. Since 1981, LAZ has grown from a small, local start-up to a firm with national presence.

In 1981, Alan Lazowski and Jeffrey Karp formed LAZ Parking, Ltd., predecessor to the current parent company, LAZ Karp Associates, Inc. Beginning with a single valet location at a downtown Hartford location, Lazowski and Karp first established a parking organization and business concentrating on the provision of valet parking services. The company grew rapidly, and Lazowski and Karp expanded into other parking services. Over the past 29 years, LAZ has matured into a national parking organization. It is one of New England's largest parking companies, and it does business throughout the eastern United States. LAZ has its corporate headquarters in Hartford, CT, and it maintains regional offices in Atlanta, Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington DC, Dallas, Chicago and Florida and California. 

LAZ is experienced in the operation of all types of parking properties, including but not limited to those located at or serving offices, hotels, residential properties, mixed-use projects, medical facilities, universities, government facilities (on and off-street parking), and sports and entertainment arenas.
